The interior architecture studio LAURA GONZALEZ, specializing in private residences, restaurants, luxury hospitality, and high-end retail projects, is looking for an interior architect with a minimum of 6 years of studio experience. This person will join the design team of the agency and will work on various projects in France and internationally, from the sketch phase to the detailed design phase (DCE). Within a team composed by a project manager, they will work in a group of 3 to 4 people.
Profile
Trained interior architect, experienced draftsman, expert in AutoCAD, with a good sense of detail and design.
Advanced knowledge of 3D software (Rhino, Blender).
Solid experience in project development phases APS/APD/DCE/EXE.
Experience in the luxury sector: retail, hospitality, catering, residential.
Good interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork.
Demonstrates creativity, dynamism, and organization.
Oral and written English required.

Profile
– Proven experience in quality control, ideally in the furniture or interior decoration sector.
– In-depth knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques for furniture and lighting.
– Attention to detail, and a passion for artisanal excellence.
– Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders in production.
– Proactive mindset and analytical skills to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities
– Control the quality of furniture and lighting products throughout the production process.
– Verify the conformity of finished pieces to technical specifications, agency standards, and client requirements.
– Collaborate with production teams to identify and correct defects or quality discrepancies.
– Document the results of inspections and propose corrective actions to continuously improve product quality.
– Participate in production follow-up meetings to discuss quality issues and solutions to be implemented.

– Technical follow-up and production of custom furniture.

– Technical support to various project stakeholders.
– Follow-up on samples and coordination with suppliers.
– Coordination of purchases in collaboration with internal and external teams.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
